Machine Learning & Generative AI Mastery is a comprehensive, industry-aligned program designed to take you from the fundamentals of machine learning to advanced topics like deep learning, generative AI, and large language models (LLMs). This course is structured to provide both strong theoretical understanding and practical, hands-on experience.
You will begin by exploring the core concepts of machine learning, including different types of learning such as supervised, unsupervised, semi-supervised, and reinforcement learning. You’ll understand how real-world machine learning systems are built through complete pipelines involving data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
As you progress, you will dive deep into supervised learning algorithms such as linear and logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, KNN, and SVM, along with model evaluation techniques like accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and ROC-AUC. You will also explore unsupervised learning techniques including clustering and dimensionality reduction methods like PCA and t-SNE.
The course then advances into feature engineering and model optimization, where you will learn how to handle real-world data, improve model performance, and apply hyperparameter tuning and cross-validation techniques. You will also gain a solid foundation in neural networks, understanding how models learn through forward and backpropagation.
In the deep learning section, you will work with modern frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, and build models using advanced optimization techniques. You will explore convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and their applications in image classification, object detection, and computer vision tasks.
The program further covers Generative AI, including GANs, VAEs, and transformer architectures. You will learn how modern AI systems like GPT and BERT work, along with hands-on experience using tools like Hugging Face. Sequence models such as RNNs, LSTMs, and attention mechanisms are also covered in depth.
In the final stages, you will work with Large Language Models (LLMs), learning prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and real-world AI application development. You will also learn how to deploy machine learning models using tools like Flask, FastAPI, and Streamlit.
Additionally, the course introduces MLOps, covering model versioning, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and scaling machine learning systems in production environments. Ethical considerations such as bias, fairness, and AI safety are also included to ensure responsible AI development.
